Dual Nation card bug

The new dual nation cards from the new DBT05 are bugged at the moment. You are unable to add these cards into their nation decks even though they are dual nation. For example, you can't add "Cool-headed Executor, Mikani" into a Dark States deck even though it is an essential in a Kheios deck. Hope you guys will be able to implement a fix or look into it.
