This deck list is my personal build after checking out other lists on this site, some youtube deck profiles, and some light testing. Because many of your card abilities allow you to choose what cards will go into soul, you don't need to run a full highlander style deck and can instead run a more consistent version with most cards at 3x/2x.

Your plans are to curate your soul to hit 13 cards with different card names to achieve powerful columns using Kheios's ability and Amazing Frost, and comboing Mikani's re-stand ability with Quen Lu to have two guard-restrict attacks per turn.

You should be able to hit 13 in soul on turn 3 with the new G1 Mikani, but if not, you're looking to boost a Mikani with Quen Lu and 8 Soul Kheios, and then achieve those powerful columns on turn 4.
