Magnolia's Final Turn

Magnolia has been my main since day 1 of D series. I do believe this to be his best build for the foreseeable future. I have maximized card advantage. There may likely be an order better than Evil Dream for this deck in the future, but for now it stays. Eva and Youthberk are top meta now, so I have bumped Alchemic Hedgehog up to 2. I don't see the stand heals being meta until at least set 10.

I have learned to keep 3 copies of Cocaine Bear at all times. He is your trophy winner, and with triple drive, he is very consistent. The deck needs to see Goats as fast as possible, so I took out Alvan for a fourth to keep Cocaine Bear at 3. It's much better to have several snowball attacks than 1 small attack your opponent needs more cards for but can just intercept. Sadly, Alvan outlived his usefulness. He will be remembered well.

I will not budge on 4 Alpins. He gets back valuable resources to extend plays in the battle phase when you need them. Specifically, he enables the multi-Giunosla combo. Always feed the Cocaine Bear. The drop calls are important, Maple for recurring intercepts and Plague Doctor for power, to ensure you always have something to call. Even if you have 4 units on the board from hand turn 3, they power up Alpin so he can break triggers.
